Recycling Operative - Tottenham Hotspur FC Stadium
Salary: GBP(phone number removed) per annum plus overtime and Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week 9 am to 5 pm (30 minues unpaid brea)
This role requires a great degree of flexibility on working days and times to meet and cover the schedules of all the Stadium events, which will include Football matches, NFL Games, concerts, conferences etc, and will include a lot of weekend work and working time outside the normal hours.

What will you be doing?
To maximise the recycling performance of the Stadium by ensuring that all waste streams are handled correctly and disposed of in the correct manner and that all contamination is reported to the Stadium Foreman
Inspect all waste bins, remove contamination if safe to do so to ensure recycling targets are achieved.
Assist with the education of all other Stadium contractors on what items should go where and to report to the Stadium Foreman any issues
Ensure all waste is cleared from the waste rooms and disposed at the right compactors or vehicles
Daily checking of compactors and other equipment checks are completed at the commencement of each shift and the appropriate forms are correctly completed.
Assist with the induction of any new or temporary staff by familiarising such staff with the operation of any vehicles, equipment, tools, machinery or personal protective equipment they may need to use as part of the job
To complete any other tasks and requirements as required to fulfil the role as requested by management
To work cohesively as part of a team, coordinating tasks and exchanging relevant service information, instructions and feedback with team colleagues and/or higher management, by either verbal and written means as appropriate, to achieve work objectives.
To become familiar with all Health & Safety requirements relating to the job, including an awareness of Risk Assessments, prescribed safe working practices and the use of safety equipment and clothing The experience you will need
