Senior Application Support Analyst - ERP Management

Role Profile
Cast UK have been instructed by an exciting e-commerce customer to recruit an Senior Application Support Analyst, with ERP management experience for their office based in Chester. This is an essential hire for the business during a period of continued growth and significant digital transformation that will provide support across all aspects of the business.
Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for BAU, development support and testing of internal and 3rd party applications used across the business
Provide specialist application support to colleagues across the business
Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to log, escalate and track outstanding issues through to resolution.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues using a mixture of desk side visits and remote access tools
Be a product champion across the business for new software, gaining expert knowledge and engaging closely with departments during implementations and rollouts
Skills & Experience:
Support and configuration of ERP systems and related technologies
Knowledge of SAGE x3/SAGE1000
Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Netsuite experience
