TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
JOB REF: T3284
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 12 month fixed term contract
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: GBP21,000 - GBP22,000
HOURS: Full time, Monday - Friday, with shift patterns but within office hours

Order processing and general enquiry management
Responsible for maximising service delivery
Completing quotations
Ensure timely completion of agreed daily work load in line with KPI s
Ad hoc project work
Person profile:
Excellent attention to detail - high accuracy levels are required at all times.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - the candidate should be able to understand issues and convey accurate information.
Good time management & organisational skills - the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and to a deadline.
Essential criteria:
Customer orientated - the candidate should possess the ability to build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - intermediate knowledge of Excel is preferable, although training could be provided to the right candidate.
Desired criteria:
Manufacturing or engineering industry experience
