This is a very fast paced role suitable for candidate with strong generalist HR experience. You will coach and support line managers so must be able to build strong relationships across the business. You will also have excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret HR data. This is a role for a flexible, proactive and pragmatic HR professional. This role will offer a lot of development too.
Hybrid working options and requirement to travel to sites across Scotland on occasion.
