Electrical Operations Manager
Electrical Maintenance Manager required for a well-established company with over 30 years in the trade. The job is based near Rushden Train Station, John Clark Way, Rushden NN10 0AW. The Electrical Maintenance Manager job is paying between GBP48k and GBP52k , Working Monday to Friday 40 hour week.
Job Duties
The Electrical Maintenance Manager job will involve the following: The Electrical Maintenance will oversee the maintenance team ensuring all work is carried out according to PPM maintenance schedules.
The Electrical Maintenance Manager will manage the maintenance works to electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
Electrical Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance contractors and maintain maintenance records for the maintenance staff.
The Electrical Maintenance Manager will ensure all work carried out is according to the health and safety regulations.
Electrical Maintenance Manager will carry out training to maintenance staff and be responsible for performance reviews.
Job Requirements
Ideally the Electrical Maintenance Manager will have previous job experience working as a Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical Manager, Electrical Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Team Leader.
The Electrical Maintenance Manager will have previous experience managing a maintenance team and will have strong knowledge of electrical systems.
Day-to-Day Staff management, To undertake site installation work. On-site maintenance and service.Management of internal workshop.Be able to work alone or as part of a team.Fault-finding and Solution thinking.
The Electrical Operations Manager will need to hold an 18th Edition ( this is essential ), ECS Card would be advantageous, 2391 Test & Inspection an advantage, NVQ level 3/AM2 or equivalent
Previous experience within a similar role working in an industrial environment essential.
