Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently looking for an ambitious, committed and experienced Senior Recruiter to join their expanding team across the Yorkshire region.

What will the role involve?
In achieving - and maintaining - sector leadership, your challenge will be to establish yourself as a leader in your field through the development of a Business Owner and C Suite Network. You will take the lead for of our established practices with the aim of taking it to a market leading position.

In this context, you will determine and implement new business and client development strategies, helping to achieve agreed customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will also take a leading and pivotal role with major accounts, strengthening exclusive relationships with key clients, while achieving the necessary activity thresholds and service expectations across your sector.

Main responsibilities will also include:
To deliver significant business growth, both with new and existing clients
To originate, agree and implement a successful Sales Strategy for your desk/business
To identify and exploit new market opportunities for sales growth by niche sector, customer, service type and method
To be authoritative and compelling in your understanding and use of Parkinson Lee's sales propositions, notably covering candidate attraction, service delivery and other Divisions/ Services within Elevation Recruitment Group
To leverage a strong and loyal candidate network, asking for recommendations, converting candidates into clients, stimulating market intelligence and promoting both your reputation and that of Parkinson Lee
To work closely with and support the Managing Partner and Operations Director in the future development of the Firm
To ensure that your attitudes, attributes and application enable you to become a role model for staff, both within your division and across Elevation Recruitment Group
To lead formal pitches and tenders
To originate new marketing ideas for your desk/business, working positively with the Marketing Department

What do we expect of you?

Commercial growth, relationship development and personal accountability are central to this important role for an influential sales leader. You will be a professional recruiter with experience of working on a retained basis with senior/executive level clients.

Additional skills required:
Demonstrable track record of repeat business through the development of partnership client relationships
Confident and personable with the ability to build rapport quickly, strengthen relationships and deliver results
The ability to interview and advise prospective candidates while demonstrating an eye for detail and good judge of character
Ambitious, collaborative and possess a positive outlook
Ability to identify business opportunities for the wider for the Elevation Recruitment Group
