Based in the Studley area of Redditch, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a successful Logistics company. Working in a small team, responsible for ensuring orders are processed on time and delivering excellent customer service.

Duties of the role will include;

Processing orders on SAP
Inbound and outbound customer service
Handling any invoice queries
Arranging deliveries and collections
Providing depots/hauliers with correct documentation

Office based full time, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (with some flexibility on start/end times). You will also be required to be 'on call' approximately once every 6-8 weeks, with a premium paid for doing so.

Offering 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension contribution and with free parking on site.
