Key duties:
Resourcing candidates and creating job advertisements
Supporting wellbeing initiatives and leading the way with our well being team
Supporting company benefits, awards and rewards and their introduction to employees
To ensure that PERI s managers and employees are aware of their legal and contractual responsibilities, update company policies
Arrange and co-ordinate interviews both internally and externally
Co-ordinate on-boarding and contracts of new recruits
Coaching, advice, and support for the Line Managers in all people management topics
Supporting employees with their personal development
Payroll administration
What you ll need
Experience
CIPD level 5 or relevant experience
Experience of working in a generalist HR environment
Knowledge of Employment Law, Data Protection, Equality and Diversity
Experience in development of policies and processes
Personal attributes
Approachable, professional, and objective orientated
Methodical, well organised, practical and drives continual improvement
Practical Hands-on approach, Self-motivated
Able to communicate effectively at all levels, confidently challenges others
This role will involve occasional travel to our other sites and candidates must hold a UK driving Licence and be comfortable to travel within the UK on occasion. Candidates must hold sufficient Right to Work documents for the UK
