The Job:
We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement for a Conveyancer. Due to growth and success within this team, this permanent role is available
As a Conveyancer you will be taking ownership of your own caseloads, assisting their clients through the drafting of relevant documents and ensuring compliance to enable housing transactions to go through smoothly. You will be working closely with their Conveyancing Assistants and Legal Administrators to ensure a first class service is provided.
As a Conveyancer in our Conveyancing team your day to day duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to new and repeat clients
File opening and accompanying procedures, to include production of confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records and the entering of entities and capacities on each new client/matter file.
Working closely with unit leaders and liaising with developers
Ensuring all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for previous experience working within a conveyancing legal administrative function, experience of property transactions , the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and commitment to working within a quality standard environment. In addition to this our client is seeking someone with strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly
The Salary:
GBP23,000

Weekly lifestyle hour - an hour to take at your convenience (extended lunch or late start or early finish)
The Location: Taunton (located less than 5 minutes from junction 15 on the M5) free parking available
The Hours: Monday - Friday 36.25 hours per week. You are able to deliver your core daily hours any time between 8am and 6pm.
