Adecco are delighted to be supporting our successful client based in Newbury who are recruiting a UK Marketing Manager. The role is offering a salary up to GBP40,000 plus impressive benefits including hybrid work pattern, 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays, flexible work life balance, private healthcare and pension scheme.
Duties include:
Managing the Public Relations with ECR, GS1, Universities and other retail associations/media
Working with UK PR agency to plan activities and communication programs
Organising and preparing UK events and exhibitions
Creating and Managing Marketing Budget for UK
Creating and monitoring local campaigns
Promoting analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Creating monthly customer e-shots
Ensuring all product launches coming from global/regional are successfully managed in the UK
Provide UK market intelligent to localise as much as possible any content coming from global/regional
Supporting sales dept. with materials, presentations, interfacing with broad departments
Aligning Social Media strategy to local country
Ensure UK website is maintained and up to date through the back office
Monthly reports to EU marketing coordinator
Upkeep of UK showroomThe ideal candidate will have:
2 years of experience in Marketing Department is required
At least 2 years B2B marketing experience
Technical marketing skills
Capable of setting and managing budgets
Experience in campaign creation and execution
Superior presentation and analytical skills
