Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to address the gaps and pain points on large, global accounts and provides a hybrid role that covers PMO and account management, client care, thought leadership, and communications. It focuses on building leadership strategies that match client priorities and delivers Dark Green results. Keeps leadership team in lock step with truly desired outcomes. Keyed into people on account.

Partner with CBRE Alliance Director, Regional Alliance Directors, Finance Director and other account team managers and SMEs to develop, track and achieve overall account strategy (annual Account Development Plan) coordinate joint sessions to gain alignment on annual strategy with defined goals/targets and manage the communication of the above plans to client in a structured cadence of meetings that ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations and strengthen the partnership.

Account Management
Ensure compliance with governance structure with respect to meeting frequencies, deliverables and objectives. Oversee monthly operations review meetings and provide support where/if necessary
Act as governance point of contact to ensure services provided align with contractual requirements (and ensure that contractual obligations are met such as reporting, governance structures, etc.)

Person Specification:

Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills to comprehend, analyze, and interpret highly complex business and financial data and develop innovative solutions
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
Ability to develop reports, manuals, speeches and presentations using distinctive style on complex topics to employees, clients, and senior leadership
Excellent Communications skills both internal & external across multiple geographies to help align team around goals, development and improvement plans
Requires strong relationship building skills to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior leadership, and client groups to take desired action
Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Extensive proven related experience and/or training in operations, finance, accounting, consulting, or project management, including experience in business integration in the commercial real estate industry
