Urgent Staffing is a healthcare recruitment agency based in Loughton, Essex.
We bring first class staff to both the NHS and private care organisations at extremely short notice for time critical situations. As we find ourselves in a highly competitive industry, we put a huge emphasis on the level of service we provide for both our clients and our candidates.
We are now looking to expand our team and are looking for a Trainee Compliance Consultant to join us, working as part of the team to get the right people into the right roles.
Duties and Responsibilities
Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
Good knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft office products.
Obtaining candidates references.
Supporting the team with Audits.
Making sure you have weekly catch up with the consultants.
Maintaining and updating candidate files/documentation.
Checking and uploading all appropriate candidate documents.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Using a portal database system.
Proactively participate in team meetings.
Contribute to team building initiatives and activities.
Teamwork required to cover absent staff and additional workloads.
