Our client is a major global player in the nuclear industry operating on a UK nuclear licensed site specialising in safe, cost effective and reliable uranium enrichment services and are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team.
Job Duties
Issue letters to all employees outlining the impact of the proposed changes
Following ballot to draft and issue new contracts to employees confirming changes
Track return of new contracts and chase
Deal with initial queries relating to new contracts and changes
Update SAP and HR systems with new employee salaries and benefits Action pay changes in payroll
Monitor and report on progress of contracts issued/returned, SAP updates and payroll actions
Update HR working instructions for amended processes
Maintain intranet page, upload information and Q&A's
Arrange meetings as required and general admin support for the project
Experience Required
Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to respond to changing priorities.
Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner.
Experience of HR practices
Proven ability to use a wide range of office IT applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook to a high standard.
Ideally Proficient SAP User
Good interpersonal skills necessary to work in a team environment, to provide a quality customer service and to maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts
