The Assistant Manager role is a key part in the growth of this business, you will be tasked with driving sales for the branch. You will look after the development of a small team of colleagues, and as an Assistant Manager you will drive the sales through coaching and developing this team. You support the Manager in providing the highest levels of customer service and be able to do basic administration and keep you branch on course for top audit results.
You will currently be an Assistant Manager or looking for the next step in your career from Senior sales/ team leader. The role needs you to have a great personality and hold the highest standards for all aspects of your role. The role requires you to hold team briefings and have superb interpersonal skills, so a strong communication background is needed.
