This is a super HR Advisor role based at the Muirhall site at Addiewell, near West Calder, working with a supportive and experienced HR team.
You will be a "hands on" and highly visible HR Advisor working in a fast paced, broad HR generalist role. You will provide HR support on all aspects of operational HR as well as working collaboratively within the HR team to deliver HR strategy and projects across North British.
Skills and Experience required
This role will suit a confident HR generalist with some experience dealing with employee relations casework and an ability to build strong relationships and coach and develop managers.
CIPD qualified with good employment law knowledge.
You will be an excellent communicator and will have good stakeholder management skills.
You will have a creative mind and appetite for driving HR projects.
Experience of working with HR systems and strong PC skills, used to analysing data and producing a high standard of documents and reports.
Drivers licence is required
This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, that includes up to 15% pension contribution, private health care and bonus potential.
