Role: Lettings Administrator

Salary: living wage dependent on age (uplift after probation)

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week

Working under a team leader/office manager as a lettings administrator within one of our clients 4 branches dealing with residential & student lettings.

The Role:

Marketing general & ensuring all advertising/listings & portals are up to date &

Viewing - carry out viewings with perspective tenants

Qualifying prospective tenants

Tenant Contracts & deposits

Check in & check out inspections/inventory

Property inspections

Property maintenance

Ensuring legal compliance/certificates are maintained

Part of the project management team of any new development/projects or refurbishments - liaising with contractors

Attending housing fairs/marketing (student sector/universities)

Travelling to properties - in Sheffield & other areas (subject to candidate having a full driving license etc/HMRC mileage allowance paid)

Liaising with contracted agents who manage out of town developments
