Package and Benefits of a Customer Service Advisor:
Salary: GBP22,830 per annum
Location: Keynsham
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week
Hours: Rotating shift patterns of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 8:45 am - 5:45 pm
28 days holiday per year + your birthday off!
Hybrid working after probation (3 days at home and 2 days in the office!)
Dogs often in the office!

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, live chat, or messages
Prioritising customer orders and requests and resolving any complaints about issues in their orders
Maintaining thorough and accurate customer service records whilst keeping it private and secure
Liaising with company suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries, item repairs, correspondence, and email management as needed
Working as part of a great team to drive positive company sales results
Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
Experience working in any customer service environment such as a contact centre, retail, or hospitality
Full driving licence
Positive mindset and proactive attitude towards work
Confident, friendly telephone manner
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Great work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team
