Lettings Advisor

We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Advisor to work In Leicester City Centre with parking working Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and an early finish on a Friday, working as part of an existing team managing your own diary and have a desire to enhance and grow the business. This position already has an enviable portfolio with great potential.

As the Lettings Advisor your role will Include

Responsible for all lease negotiations, rent reviews, including legal, landlord and tenant

Be able to follow health and safety regulations
Support with the effective running and management of an operational commercial property portfolio
Liaising with clients and 3rd parties i.e., landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client's premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant
Manage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold properties being vacated
Manage and liaise with other internal teams and professionals to provide a full service to the clients
Direct and frequent client contact and reporting As the Lettings Advisor we are looking for the following

Must have strong mathematical and communication skills
Show the need to be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Demonstrate the need of being able to organise and prioritising own workload. Full UK Driving License

As the Lettings Advisor once successful you will receive the following
