Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary Scale: GBP30,000 per annum

Our client is an award-winning temporary works company who provide first class service and high-quality formwork to companies across the UK and Ireland. They are looking for a self-driven & diligent Accounts Administrator to cover all aspects of the companies finance function.

Role Description:

The Accounts Administrator will collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Group CFO to manage all aspects of the companies finance function, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general administration office duties.

This position is best suited for a commercially minded individual looking to advance their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Accounts Receivable with processing of Invoices on Connect IT.

Credit control with collection of monies outstanding.

Accounts Payable with processing of invoices on Connect IT.

Dealing with customer billing queries.

Monitor and update sales financial forecasting.

Check and approve supplier invoices.

Monitoring of employee hours and submission to the payroll department on a timely basis.

Provide support to the finance department where required.

Key Skills & Experience:

Work experience in a busy finance department.

Structured & organised approach to work.

Excellent communicator and team player.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Proficient with Office 365 applications including excel.

Experience with Connect IT is a distinct advantage.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced role and meeting strict deadlines
