The Company

A regional, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, based in Stafford. They are currently experiencing a period of significant growth and are looking for a RICS registered valuer to cover Residential, Commercial and Agricultural property.

Providing a full service across professional surveying, they partner with a wide range of clients across residential, commercial and agriculture. The company specialise in advising clients wishing to maximise the potential of their property assets at a strategic level, through to one-off valuations and planning applications.

The Role

The Property Valuation Surveyor will be expected to value Residential, Commercial and Agricultural property, the role will involve valuations for both secured lending and private valuation instructions. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Secured lending
Insurance rebuild
RICS Red Book Valuations
Inheritance tax
Capital gains tax
Inheritance tax planning
Business dissolutions
Purchase and saleRequired Skills

MRICS or AssocRICS
Experience with Secured Lending, and private Valuation instructions
RICS Registered ValuerDesired Skills

Previous experience within Residential, Commercial and Agricultural property
Experience across the three disciplines is preferred, however full training is on offer if experience is within limited disciplinesYour Reward
