Mech Tech Professionals are looking for a School Caretaker for our client in Cwmbran. The succesful candidate will be working 37 hours a week on a split shift pattern (Mon - Fri 7.30 - 10.30 and 2.00 - 6.30 (6.00 on Fri)) starting September 2022.
You must also be Child and Adult DBS Checked, or in the process of doing so, before submitting your application.
Main responsibilites include:
Opening and locking up the building
Premises inspections
Health & Safety checks
Emergency light testing
Fire Alarm testing
Sprinkler system testing
Emptying bins
Replenishing toilet rolls, paper towels, soap, alco gel dispensers
General maintenance tasks
Looking after our small fleet of vehicles
Cleaning of our hydrotherapy pool
Liaising with contractors
Changing light bulbs
