Are you an immediately available HR Officer looking to start a new position, that offers hybrid working and progression?
Blusource are working with a great business based in Nottingham, just off Clifton Boulevard, who are looking to bring on a HR Officer to join the team, which is easily accessible from Derby, Loughborough, Mansfield & Leicester.
The business is happy to look at the position on either a Full Time or Part Time basis, as they are more focused on bringing the right person on board, alongside this, the business are looking to offer progression, as they looking to create the position of Group HR Manager in the future.
The main responsibilities for this position are Employee Relations, managing the recruitment process, developing and monitoring HR systems and processes, oversee performance appraisal, and make and introduce a benefits program.
There is some travel required in this role, as the parent company is based in Bury (Manchester) and would require you to be on that site once a week, however the business is very flexible, and will look to offer hybrid working, meaning you can work from home twice a week too.
This role is on a temporary to permanent basis and will offer a salary of between GBP25,000 to GBP30,000.
