Real Estate Legal Secretary
High Wycombe
A leading, top 200 firm require a Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate and Infrastructure team! The firm have exciting new clients and need to add another experienced legal secretary to their growing team.
The successful Legal Secretary will work closely with the Head of Department and other team members carrying out the following duties:
Providing general assistance and support to Fee Earners
Providing full secretarial support including typing of correspondence and legal documents
Answering incoming telephone calls
Strong command of Microsoft office (including Excel), Adobe Pro and preferably an understanding of Case Management systems.
Filing of correspondence and other papers
The timely preparation of bills as directed by the Fee Earner
Maintaining a back-up record of all key dates on the Fee Earner s matters
Photocopying urgent documentation
Experience Required:
Dealt with Land Registry/HMRC forms
Carried out property searches
Experience working for a real estate/commercial property team would be preferable
Experience of property litigation and court forms would be of interest
