Adecco Newbury are currently seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a 3 month temporary basis. Starting ASAP working Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Paying GBP35,000.
We are seeking someone to provide day-to-day general HR support and follow up on all outstanding HR queries. You will be require to work proactively with the team on a wide range of HR matters
As the HR Advisor will be required to have a wide range of HR experience and of working in a generalist HR environment (ideally education though not essential), including recruitment and compliance. The ideal candidate will also possess a CIPD level 5 qualification (or be working towards it) or above. We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, someone comfortable working at pace and juggling a busy workload.
You will need to have a methodical approach to administration and record keeping with excellent IT skills, and confidence to use HR systems for business benefit.
