Our client is a well-respected plumbers merchant. Due to their continued success and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity as we are recruiting a Branch Sales Assistant person to join their team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch
Service customers over the trade counter and over the telephone
Provide good customer service and good advice on products for their customers
Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers
Being able to assist and work in the warehouse
Hours
Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00 - Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of plumbing materials and have a good understanding or the construction supplies industry. However our client are open to looking at people who have worked in either trade or retail merchants as counter sales.
Having a drivers licence is essential for this role.
