A FACILITIES ASSISTANT
GBP11.50 (rising to GBP12.10 after completion of
6 months probationary period)
We are looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to carry out general cleaning, security and caretaking duties on a student city centre development of 185 flats. These duties will include security, carrying out repairs, reporting faults, making access arrangements for contractors and prospective new tenants whilst liaising with residents and office staff in order to maintain the development to a high standard.
The hours are 12pm-8pm Monday - Friday.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, be able to work on their own initiative, to prioritise workloads and respond to emergencies when called upon. For this position previous relevant experience is desirable. You will need good communication skills together with a caring, responsible and flexible approach.
The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check
