Brook Street is currently looking to recruit a Legal Receptionist to join a renowned independent Scottish Legal firm based in Inverness. This is a fully office-based role that would suit a professional and friendly candidate.
Experience of working as a Legal Receptionist within a law firm would be highly beneficial but consideration will be given to those who have gained their skills within a professional services firm such as within Accountancy, Surveying, Banking etc.
Duties and responsibilities of the Legal Receptionist:
o Meet and greet clients
o General administrative tasks
o Dealing with walk-in enquiries
o Outlook
o Coordinate meetings and events
Experience:
o Previous office experience
o Have a fantastic telephone manner and welcoming personality
