Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate

A legal 500 firm are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Associate for their Commercial Property department in Reigate.
The successful Commercial Property Associate will undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department as well as ensuring the successful development of the firm in line with the current published Business Plan.
Duties include:
To assist the department as a whole in meeting its fee earning targets by providing help regarding advice and assistance to clients of the Department as well as other Departments of the Firm.
Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
Where appropriate, supervises junior members of staff.
Is developing a client/referrer base.
To maintain professional knowledge base including attainment of annual CPD points
Experience required:
1+PQE Solicitor
Full knowledge/experience and understanding having worked previously in a commercial property department
