Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a truly unique opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager / General Manager to take full responsibility for delivering a full, integrated facilities service to an 800 room residential block in Cheltenham.
You will be responsible for leading an operation facilities team comprising security, maintenance, cleaning and catering - ensuring that the delivery exceeds the SLA.
You will drive tangible improvements to the service provision to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Good communication and a passion for customer service is essential as is the ability to interact at various levels, including producing reports for use at board level.
You must have experience of line managing facilities teams and of dealing with 3rd party contractors.
The role will involve being on-site Monday to Friday so you must be within a reasonable commute of Cheltenham.
