Our client, a very successful manufacturing company, based in Halesworth, is currently seeking experienced Bulk Production Operatives, to join their growing team.
As the Production Operative, you will be working in a bulk filling environment, setting of and responsible for the assembly of the entire product(s) to the set specification and quality standards.
Shift Patterns:
Full time working hours, over rotating shift patterns, Monday - Friday.
Week one: 6am - 3pm
Week two: 1pm - 10pm
This is a permanent position.
Do you have high levels of attention to detail?
Can you work independently and as part of the team, when required?
Do you have good statistical and numerical ability - understanding of weights (can translate from grams to kg)?

Job duties:
Working in a hygienic manufacturing environment, weighing and preparation of raw materials
Manufacturing gels, emulsions, and various cosmetics products following set methods and specification to quantities of 50kg - 4000 kg
Ensuring strict hygiene, housekeeping and protocol procedures are being met
Working in a strictly controlled quality environment
Pre-weigh chemicals
move heavy containers
It is essential that you have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. You must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills to enable you to follow strict instructions and communicate with colleagues.
As the Production operative, you will have high attention to detail to pre-weigh chemicals.
This is a physically demanding job and requires you to move heavy containers (25kg). You will have a can-do attitude and be able to motivate yourself within times of pressure.
