An excellent opportunity to join this Global Leader in Consumer Electronics, Reporting to the Head of Retail for Europe, you would be responsible for leading the deployment of the Experience Stores Strategy across Europe, finding new Revenue streams and helping multiple subsidiaries to deliver against KPI s. The role combines strategic planning and operational oversight, by providing an interface between HQ local Retail to align the strategic priorities for the Region regarding the Sales & Operation and to have an understanding of market conditions, to implement new Business opportunities for Revenues and Customer Experience. You will also drive Store Opening/ Renovation and Optimisation, having a good understanding of multi million GBPP&L, whilst not owning the P&L being able to analyse and advise
Managing the Online to Offline model in Europe to enable Omni channel capabilities in the subsidiaries, some of which maybe franchises and making sure the Retail initiatives are flawlessly executed to support regional growth potential. More specifically, the role will own the delivery of HQ KPIs for growth, Store Footprint growth in existing and NEW markets and enablement of Online to Offline (O2O) capabilities, working with Project teams. Monitoring performance of all subsidiaries, look for patterns and trends and work with Retail heads in each market, to ensure improvement plans are in place with their teams. Bring online NEW Business Revenue streams, you must be an excellent relationship builder and stakeholder manager to work across all business areas to track and analyse Subsidiary Promotional and CRM activities, execute Digital Drivers that deliver growth in Traffic and Sell out and to set clear Launch plans including important metrics for GTM activities. Strong data analysis skills are essential as is the experience of working in a head office role working with regional stores. An understanding of store growth and working with landlords to secure leases and renewals, you will be working with HQ to support the planning and implementation of New and renovated experience stores to support Subsidiaries in preparing Store location assessments, P&L Analysis to secure approval and keep Retail Heads informed regarding their progress to targeted New/Renovation dates.
Work with the subsidiaries to implement the O2O roadmap for Europe (22/23) Network with Europe HQ team members to build clear plan for execution and look for new revenue streams with Online to Offline capabilities. Implement Workshops to share Reference Cases with Retail Head.
You will need to have experience of working in successful Retail/Shopper/Customer experience teams preferably in Mobile industry, branded FMCG and/or Luxury goods environment and substantial experience in working with HQ and local subsidiaries at a strategic level. Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS-Office software usage (ideally) Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, including: Manufacturers, Operators, Retailers, Market Trends Communication/Interpersonal Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, for customer engagement and to operate optimally with internal team members Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in building effective work relationships and negotiating with internal and external customers within short timescales and deadlines Significant experience working in a regional role working in a matrix structure and virtual teams Proven Fluency in English both in writing and speaking; additional langu
