IT Office Manager

Are you an IT Office Manager with experience being the go to contact for all IT related issues within a busy business? Would you like to join an industry leading engineering company, offering you a varied workload including basic programming, 1st line support, training staff, managing IT systems and much more?
Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to bring all of their IT support in house after out sourcing IT services previously. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of all IT related projects. You will provide guidance and recommendations to the business for future IT based projects as well as, 1st line support for hardware and network infrastructure and liaison with 3rd party hardware and network support.

The Role:
Basic programming
Providing support and guidance to the business for all IT related issues
Training and developing staff
The Candidate:
Basic C# and MS SQL experience
Background in IT system management
1st line support experience across hardware, software and business related issues
