We are seeking an experienced Personnel Travel Coordinator to join a highly successful travel company in the Suffolk area, year contract possibly going permanent. This is a great opportunity for an experience travel agent or tour operator seeking something a little different.
Personnel Travel Coordinator duties:
Booking crew travel/transportation for crew signing on/off
Have a detailed overview of Visa and other Travel Restrictions and inform interested parties of any changes
Notify all relevant parties with regards embarking & disembarking Crew
Create and update Crew Movements to show all planned crew movements for at least a month in advance
Handle all Travel Changes/Scheduled Changes
Responsible for Car Hire bookings

To be considered for this role one must be from a travel agent or tour operator with experience in handling travel requests
