Job Title: Sales Administrator / Assistant
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours per week: 39hr (full-time, Mon-Thurs 8.30-5.30, Fri 8.30-4.30)
Starting Salary GBP23,000 per annum + Bonuses
Location: Fakenham based
General Description:
As the Sales Support, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing Director and Sales team. You will need to be able to plan and prioritise your workload. Daily you will be in contact with customers, prospects and members of the team, by phone and email.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Always deliver excellent customer service and support
Make calls to prospective customers with the aim to schedule appointments for the Sales Team
Make service calls to customers to provide ongoing contact
Research projects and opportunities
o LinkedIn to identify new contacts/companies to target
o Use company purchased applications to identify suitable projects and contacts
o Projects identified by Area Sales Managers and/or Sales & Marketing Director.
o Follow up calls from events
Co-ordinate Technical Briefings
o Feedback forms and provide breakdown
o Issue certificate for delegates
Accurate customer record keeping on EFACS
o Diary management for Area Sales Managers
Supporting the sales team with creation of Maintenance Agreements & RAMS
Supporting with the distribution of Sales Quotation
o Checking/Sending new Quotes
o Organising/Sending review Quotes
o Organising/Sending copy Quotes
Supporting the design team with Drawing Take-offs
Ongoing training as identified or needed.
Producing Minutes for the quarterly Sales Meetings
Meetings
Quarterly Sales Meetings
Appraisal and one to one meetings as scheduled by your Line Manager
General Areas of Responsibility:
Health & Safety of yourself and others
Ensure your work area is clean and tidy
Good time keeping
