Administrator Lamport, Northampton, NN6 Standard hours are 8.30am - 5pm with 1-hour lunch Monday - Friday Salary is dependent on skills and experience

Located in Lamport (situated between Market Harborough and Northampton) our client provides a Field Agent service to over 100 clients across the financial and insurance sectors assisting them in contacting their customers.

The offices are situated in a lovely rural setting with views over the valley. However, due to the location own transport is essential as this role is office based only.

Skills and experience required

To succeed in this role you will need to be dynamic, a quick learner and self-motivated
You will have prior experience within a clerical role with accurate data input skills
An understanding of mortgage processes would be an advantage but is not essential
Excellent attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills, particularly when dealing with telephone enquiries
Prior experience in a clerical role within a busy office with a high turnover of work
Ability to focus on a number of concurrent demands and deal with changing requirements quickly and efficiently
Strong IT proficiency; confident using Microsoft Office
What will your role as an Administrator look like?

Checking, amending and forwarding online reports to clients, liaising with Field Agents as required
Ensuring that all reports produced meet the requirements of client contracts
Acting as the first point of contact for telephone calls from clients and field agents
Responding to incoming queries from colleagues and customers
Loading information onto our online portal and ensuring that all required documentation is attached. This system is unique to the company and full training will be provided.
Adhering to company processes, procedures and compliance standards in line with an FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) environment
