Full time permanent role - 8:30 to 5pm Monday to Friday
HVAC Account Manager
Role based in East Grinstead site but with travel throughout London - all expenses paid and vehicle provided for meetings outside of London
Salary GBP40000-GBP50000 plus good company benefits
Bonus of 1% of profit on a project paid quarterly
We are delighted to be assisting our busy, progressive and established client as they seek to recruit an additional HVAC Account Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience within the HVAC sector to join a superb organisation
The role
The person will have full responsibility of generating UK sales which will involve attending sales meetings and industry networking events in the UK.
The role is supported by the project team with design, selection, pricing and quoting of projects including some international projects.
Responsibilities and duties:
Promote the business and attend client meetings and site visits in London and across the UK as required.
Manage the order book for UK sales and work closely with the marketing department to nurture leads, help generate new business contacts and projects.
Manage leads, prospects and opportunities effectively through utilisation of the company CRM system
Attend networking events to attract new clients and develop existing relationships.
Work with the Projects team on design, equipment selection and pricing. Produce and submit quotations to clients and follow up with contractors to obtain orders.
Collaborate with the marketing department on scheduled campaigns by tracking leads and ensuring timely communication to increase conversion rates.
Manage own pipeline, reporting regularly on activity and opportunities to aid effective financial forecasting.
Undertake proactive business development activities and market analysis to continually grow pipeline of leads and prospects.
Utilise social media tools to raise brand awareness by supporting marketing activities
Qualifications / experience required for this role:
Relevant and proven experience in the role and have existing senior level contacts / relationships within the industry
Strong experience working within the HVAC industry in a client relations / sales capacity.
Educated to A level standard or equivalent
Knowledge of basic engineering requirements - cooling and heating loads, design conditions, psychrometric charts, etc.
Excellent IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office etc.)
Full, clean UK driving licence
