We are recruiting for a Reporting and Insights Analyst who will focus on people data within Kier and provide actionable insights and data to support achievement of the Kier Group People goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Reporting and Insights Analyst role, you will develop and produce HR reporting for a wide range of stakeholders across the business including senior management, providing analysis using both current and historical information to support and challenge key decisions for the business in the short, medium and long term. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent business relationships and will communicate with internal customers and the team to ensure SLAs and the expectations of the customer are met.
What do we need from you?
You will need Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as experience in using VBA, SQL and PowerBI. You must have the ability to use initiative to deliver intelligent reporting with proven problem diagnosis and solving knowledge. Having the ability to look at multiple data sets and extract insights based on historical and current data is an essential part of this role.
