This well-established nationwide company are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join their team in the Belfast office. The company complete and manage a range of care homes, creating communities for the elderly. They pride themselves on delivering high quality product for their customers. They are currently in a period of expansion and they are now looking an ambitious Facilities Manager to join their company.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining 12 care homes across Northern Ireland. You will ensure buildings meet a high standard and kickstart a proactive schedule of future works. You will also be the first point of contact for repairs and issues across homes or surrounding environments.
