Our client - a successful business based in Dunfermline - is currently looking to recruit an experienced individual to join their team as a HR Advisor.
This is a wide and varied role with a particular focus on recruitment, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with changing priorities and responding to business needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for providing HR advice and guidance to employees and line managers and for implementing policies and procedures in-line with company policies and employment legislation
Provide an efficient recruitment, induction and probation management service to the Company
Provide full co-ordination and administration of the pay and benefits package offered by the Company
Provide support to the Director of HR for the design and delivery of training and development initiatives across the Company
Provide advice and management relating to Employee Relations issues across the Company
Manage effectively the maintenance of the HR documentation and provide MI reports to support key HR initiatives and processes
Provide support and guidance to the Director of HR in the design and delivery of HR projects to meet the needs of the growing business To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:
Solid experience in a similar role i.e. HR Advisor, HR Assistant, HR Business Partner
Experience of working in the technology sector and at a global level would be desirable
Strong understanding of HR policy and practice and employment legislation
A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
