Here s a fantastic opportunity to join Hospiscare in the role of Learning and Development Lead!
Based Searle House, Exeter EX2 5JJ
22.5 - 30 hours/week, over 3 or 4 days Monday to Friday
Hospiscare Band 7: GBP40,063 - 46,202 pa pro rata
As our L&D Lead, you will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of a comprehensive programme of clinical education and leadership/management training and development for Hospiscare, acting as an expert resource across the whole organisation. You will manage a small L&D team to provide a professional and responsive service that fully meets the charity s needs, whilst also researching and implementing business opportunities to generate additional revenue.
You ll have a Level 7 qualification in Learning and Development, Teaching or relevant equivalent, alongside substantial experience of managing and delivering the L&D programme for an organisation, and of creating, developing and facilitating learning and development interventions.
