A varied and fast paced HR opportunity in Kent for a global manufacturer - ideal for a experienced HR professional looking for a site wide responsibility in a growing and changing business.
Working as part of a UK HR team this opportunity involves HR responsibility for a site of over 150 permanent staff. The main function of the role will be to:
Utilise the HR function to help the site achieve business strategy and goals
Managing an HR Coordinator on site and part of UK HR team
Responsible for L&D, HR projects, recruitment, employee engagement and relations and succession planning
Part of site leadsership team with input into key people based decisions
The right person for this opportunity will have worked as an HR Manager, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner within a fast paced, people focused industry. Ideally educated to A Level/Degree level with CIPD Level 5 or Level 7. An experience working in manufacturing or similar industry (logistics, construction, facilities) would be an advantage.
The position is based full on site Monday to Friday with adhoc flexibility. Benefits include annual bonus, company pension scheme, 25 days holiday and private healthcare
