Bailey Care Services is recruiting for a Care Worker & Care Assistant in the Melksham area.
For this role you will need to be a UK resident; as we are a recruitment agency, we are unable to offer sponsorships.
For this client, you will be working in a residential/nursing home, with residents who have mental health conditions, such as, dementia. This client aims, to provide its' residents with a high level of care and support, where they have a freedom of choice and can be as independent as possible.
The home itself, has its own library, cafe and in-house pub; along with beautiful gardens, for residents to enjoy with family and friends. You will be providing residents, with enrichment and support to encourage their independence, improving their physical and mental wellbeing.
You will be paid weekly starting at GBP10.06 to GBP18 per hour, with shift premiums on weekends and bank holidays.
