JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant
LOCATION: Eastleigh
SALARY: up to GBP25,000 experience dependent
THE COMPANY:Commercial fit out installer who operates on a Nationwide basis projects up to GBP20 Million circa.
THE ROLE: You will be responsible for supporting the warehouse team, accounts team, office team with admin duties that will also include post, scanning & photocopying, data entry, document logging, schedule logs and assisting the team in general. This is a new role and will therefore be varied as the client builds a work-base of admin duties specifically for this new team member.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering all incoming calls, directing calls efficiently and responding to any general queries
Printing, photocopying, and scanning documents
General admin support for the business
Purchasing and raising orders
The ideal Administrator will have/be:
• Good administration skills and experience
• Good communication skills; listening, verbal and written
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Will have a flexible can-do attitude and be pro-active.
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office essential.
