IT Product Manager
Location: Liverpool Waterfront, L3 4FP.
Salary: GBP34,002 - GBP37,780 per annum dependent on experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.
The ACC Liverpool Group, manages Liverpool s world class campus ACC Liverpool, home to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and the M&S Bank Arena, as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services.
We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Product Manager to join our expanding IT Solutions Team, on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role within a fast paced event (or similar) environment, and ideally have experience in administering and managing our key business application Ungerboeck. Demonstrable experience of advanced reporting and data analysis using SQL databases and SSRS reporting tools is also essential, along with knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 products.
The role involves direct interaction with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external suppliers including Senior Management, and as such a high level of communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the success of this role. Previous experience of end to end project management of IT products, and partnering with business stakeholders to find the right solutions is also extremely desirable.
The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service skills; and will need to be enthusiastic, like minded and complement our experienced and talented ACC team.
