Our client, a very successful manufacturing company based in Halesworth are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 paying a salary between GBP45,000 - GBP50,000.
Do you have knowledge of ISO 22716, ISO14001 & ISO 9001:2015?
Do you have knowledge of BRC standards, quality procedures and quality assurance systems?
Do you have experience of writing and implementing quality procedures and documentation?
If so, this could be the role for you!
As a Quality Manager you manage the strategic and operational performance of the Quality Team in conjunction with the Quality Director. You will ensure that the company meets & maintains the highest quality standards possible and remains in compliance with Industry Standards, and all existing certifications.
You will also Assist the Quality Director to drive quality standards across the business and ensure all products are produced to the right specification and required quality. Instil a quality culture in all departments and promote a "Right First Time" mentality.
Experience needed:
Proven experience with QMS and minimum 3-5 years experience in a Quality Manager role within Cosmetic / Pharmaceutical / Food / FMCG manufacturing environment
Experience of writing and implementing quality procedures and documentation
The skills and ability to lead, motivate and influence a team.
Excellent standard of skills in IT systems, MS Office Packages
Energy, drive and flexible approach to working in a fast-paced business
Empower the Quality Team members to make the correct quality decisions and ensure they are developed and have the correct skills for their roles.
