We re looking for a Part Time Recruitment Partner to join our HR team in Leighton Buzzard or Milton Keynes supporting our Estate agency division. This exciting role will help shape and deliver an end to end recruitment model for recruiting the best Estate agency talent on the market in the most timely and cost effective manner. You will be partnering with area leadership teams to support in a wide range of recruitment activities from headhunting, talent pooling, upskilling managers to working on a wide variety of projects to enhance our recruitment offering to the business. We are flexible on the hours someone may want to work so this role could suit someone looking to return to work or somebody with school age children who wants a great job that fits around your family.

Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Partner:

Provide a dedicated recruitment service for our estate agency division

Direct source candidates via headhunting, CV database searching, LinkedIn etc.

Support hiring managers with training such as interview skills, using the recruitment system, online testing and assessment etc.

Set up and maintain active talent pools to ensure a pro-active recruitment service

Work closely with key business stakeholders

Provide regular and insightful MI and reporting

Create and deliver attraction campaigns with particular focus on social media presence

Experience & skills required to be successful as a Recruitment Partner:

In-house recruitment experience or relevant agency experience

Experience of talent pooling, recruitment reporting and MI

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills

Knowledge of a variety of selection and assessment methods including structured interviews, assessment centres, online testing and psychometric testing

Strong IT skills including working with an ATS and excellent MS Office skills

Great organisation, prioritisation and time management skills

Experience of supporting a multi-site branch/store based regional network advantageous
