Team Administrator
12 months - Potential to go permanent
Warwick - 2-3 days on-site
My high-profile utilities client is currently recruiting for a team administrator to work in their Warwick office 2-3 days per week (remainder working from home) on a 6-month contract. They are looking for candidates who have great Microsoft office skills, such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
About the Connection Operability Assessment Team
The team sits at the heart of the connections process and supports the connection of customers to the electricity network.
The team consists of Power System Engineers who produce the technical appendices which form part of the customer contract. These appendices contain the technical requirements which the customers' projects would need to meet.
Upon receiving customer requests, the team deliverables are required within defined timescales as per our service level agreements.
About the Role:
As the team administrator, the main responsibility will be to coordinate work packages that come to the team to ensure that our service level agreement can be met. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the team's performance and supporting performance improvement activities.
Duties of the Team Administrator:
Filing key connection documents in folders on SharePoint when received by the team
Record the dates that key requests are received and remind team members of when deliverables are due
Monitor and update connection tracker (Excel)
Monitor team's .box email and allocate queries/tasks to relevant engineers
Monitor key inputs and contact key stakeholders if these are not provided on time
Ensures that timesheet codes are available to the team and chasing the relevant stakeholders to ensure these are available on time.
Monitor team's KPI and proactively seek feedback from relevant stakeholders to improve performance
Support creation of key outputs of the team where possible
Facilitate team activities e.g. booking rooms, capturing meeting notes, actions etc.
Help to develop process maps for creation of standard operating procedures.
Desired Skills:
Excel (Data Entry, creation of charts/dashboards for illustrating team KPI's)
Microsoft Office suite of tools (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
