Machine Refurb Operator Role:
With continued investment, expansion, and introduction of new lines, we are looking for enthusiastic Machine Assembler to join our team in Basingstoke. We are a drink vending business that has been manufacturing in Basingstoke for over 40 years.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30 till 16.00 and Friday 7.30 till 13.30
The roles range from,
Refurbishment- Day to day job will be stripping machines down, cleaning certain parts and some assembly work.
New Machine Build- Assembly work which will consist of numerous positions and types of build.
Aftercare area- Picking and packing for engineers and customer spare parts, some computer work is needed.
Third Party machine build- Assembly work with some basic electrical tasks and basic fault finding.
All roles will have training with work instructions, once settled in the individual will be assessed on the first role they have been placed in then left to gain more confidence in that role with the support around them if needed. Once we feel they have settled in we will then move them onto more training within their area until fully trained. The pay rate increases as skills rise.
The factory is a very clean and safe environment which is due to the continuous improvements we install which is run by everyone's options and views, everyone has a voice which we drive through a factory process which can be rewarded from a free breakfast to a cash voucher, reward and recognition is a big part of the factories culture.

Follow Factory Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery, Engagement and Environmental Procedures.
Follow trained work instructions on Machine production lines at all times, highlighting and deviations to Lead Operators.
Monitor adherence to standards, ensuring breaches are resolved in a timely and effective way and communication is always maintained with the Lead Operator.
Ensure efficient execution of planned interruptions under the guidance and coordination of the Lead Operator, and that normal operation is commenced as quickly as possible.
