Payroll & Administration Manager
Victoria (SW1)

Adecco are delighted to be partnering with a company based in Victoria on the recruitment need for a Payroll and Administration Manager who will be reporting directly to the HR Director. The successful candidate will oversee the payroll from end to end. The Payroll Manager will be a point of contact dealing with the Irish Payroll managed by ADP and will manage a team of 7 across the payroll function and HR administration area.
Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the Payroll and HR Administration team.
Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting payroll and HR.
Be a point of contact internally for any Payroll and HR related topics.
Lead on Payroll and Administration projects such as pension and process automation.
Identify/highlight areas of improvement and automation relating to HR Admin and Payroll.
Liaise and build strong working relationships with third party providers.
Maintain and develop effective internal procedures.
Support the payroll and admin team regarding employee related issues.
Continuously monitor and review processes also implement changes where necessary.
Lead in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
Support change management processes.
Support the development and growth of direct reports.
Provide monthly KPI's to HR Director on HR Admin as well as payroll.
Overseeing payroll payments for 2000 employees.
Coordinating with HR about changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires)
Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order.
Ensure that the payroll runs according to outlined payroll timetables.
Process monthly HR Imports into the payroll system
Ensure all pension deductions and contributions are being processed accurately in the system
Ensure all EPS and FPS have been reported to HMRC accurately
Submission and processing of year end documents such as P11D's
Submit payroll reports to the Directors monthly for approval.
Manage HR Admin processes from end to end.
Ensure all month end reporting has been completed and submitted to finance.
Ensure the Admin Team have produced complete and accurate record for all employees including RTW
