3 Shift - Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 22:00 to 06:00
Site Operative required to join an award-winning business who are specialists in the production of sustainable construction products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company which can offer job security and stability. This is an exciting time to join a company who are currently investing into a brand-new purpose-built facility.
Candidates will be from a mechanical background and can come from any industry. Experience within manufacturing, aggregates or heavy industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for controlling and supporting the process, which will include the identification of potential breakdowns, carrying out minor maintenance across an aggregates manufacturing plant, keeping the environment clean & tidy (which will include some manual handling) and potentially operating mobile plant. You will ensure procedures are carried out compliantly, in line with legal and operational requirements, and take on a continuous improvement approach.
